Upgrade to Hibernate ORM 6.1.5 to remove internal CacheKeyValueDescriptor uses from API Type/JavaType classes

https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-15610 is for fixing a design issue to not expose the org.hibernate.cache.internal.CacheKeyValueDescriptor class in API Type/JavaType classes.

To address this, the Hibernate ORM team will fix https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-15610 in ORM 6.1.5 release.
