Just an idea that was taken from Quarkus, where you can build the project with a "quick-build" profile which has outstanding faster builds for development cycles when compared with mvnd.

I want to propose a similar profile for WildFly where we will just skip all nonessential tooling that brings some milliseconds of processing to the overall build time.
