Version 6.1 of resourceadapter XSD is missing report-directory element

WFLY-14266 added a new 6.1 version of the resourceadapter schema, but someone forgot to add the report-directory element containing a path attribute to the schema.
Notably, the test XML for this subsystem should have caused the subsystem unit tests to fail during schema validation.
