Drop source transformation for mail subsystem

The mail subsystem is being transformed to Jakarta package name namespace via Batavia under the ee-9/source-transformer module as part of Jakarta EE 10 migration.

We have to get rid of this source code transformation and move the mail subsystem to Jakarta native package name namespace.
