Remove use of WildFlyConversationAwareViewHandler

Now that CDI is required for the Jakarta Faces API we should be able to remove the WildFlyConversationAwareViewHandler. In the faces-config.xml we can simply replace the default view-handler with org.jboss.weld.module.jsf.ConversationAwareViewHandler.
