Update jboss/xalan-j README, add an install.sh script

    Description

      Drop the jboss/xalan-j readme.html so Github displays the more informative readme.txt. Update the readme.txt a bit to provide more info. Remove the maven-install-plugin usage instructions from readme.txt in favor of a new install.sh script that does what the text says to do.
