For a while now we have been looking to move our H2 version beyond the current 1.4.197, which has a number of CVEs reported against it. I don't consider WildFly vulnerable to those, but in any case we should move to a more recent version.

Hibernate has tested with 2.1.210, so let's move to that.

Note that H2 is not compatible from release to release and this jump will bring some incompatibilities.
