Standardize the maven module descriptions

If you do a 'mvn xxx -DallTests' and look at the Reactor Build Order output at the start and end, you see that the large majority of our maven modules have a consistent look to their description. So let's go all the way and clean up the rest. Something like:

WildFly: Blah Blah
WildFly Preview: Blah with Blah
WildFly Test Suite: Blah Blah

Headline case style for "Blah Blah", "Blah with Blah" is best but probably not worth correcting in poms that are otherwise OK. For poms we change, at least the first word after the colon should start with a capital.
