WildFly Jakarta EE8 BOMs Name and Content Changes

We need to rename the Jakarta EE8 (including its Maven artifactId wildfly-jakartaee8) and children BOMs, since we will introduce Jakarta EE 10.

Traditionally we always renamed it to the EE platform name+version (e.g. wildfly-javaee7 > wildfly-javaee8 > wildfly-jakartaee8), but considering that, as mentioned earlier, such BOMs provide much more than the EE Platform artifacts, and that every BOM name change implies documentation and migration efforts, we should change it now to a name that is abstract to the EE Platform and that will not change in the future, such as wildfly-ee.
