Remove commons-lang3 from full WildFly's dependencyManagement

Since WFCORE-5720, WF Core is providing commons-lang3 but WF's dependency management still declares the dependency itself, thus overriding what core declares. They are now out of sync (luckily full WF is on the later version, so all we're missing out on is core's testsuite use of the version full uses.) Once core upgrades its version, get rid of the override in full.
