Consider removing 'compatibility' subsystem modules from WFP

      Originally WFP did not ship 'legacy compatibility' subsystems like jacorb, jsr77 etc that are only used for server migration or to support mixed domain secondary HCs running old versions. I didn't include them because those use cases seemed contrary to what WFP is about, which is more about moving forward.

      During the transition of standard WF to EE 10 though, those crept back in as it was easier to do the transition work if there wasn't this discrepancy between WFP and standard WF.

      Task is to evaluate whether we want to pull them out again, and if so, to do it.
