Update some obsolete contents in wildfly extension documentation

    Description

      These days I needed to build a WIldfly Extension and used this page as reference. The maven archetypes and classes showed in the page are quite obsoletes and some methods dont exist in wildfly 26 classpath anymore. So I decided to fix some documentation content and provide a updated demo project
