OrderedChildResourceTestCase execution takes too long

This test creates a secondary host controller named "secondary", however, when waiting for the secondary to reconnect following a reload of the primary, it waits the entire allotted duration, because the test code is looking for a host controller with the wrong name.

This looks to be a regression introduced by WFLY-16147.
