Unignore Legacy Mixed Domain tests

    Description

      In order to be able to switch the Mixed Domain testsuite to use WildFly preview, we have ignored LegacyConfig740TestSuite since that test requires modules and extensions that are not available on WildFly preview, but that will be available on standard WildFly

      The task here is to unignore LegacyConfig740TestSuite once we have completed the Jakarta EE migration on the standard server distribution.
