Always clean when building the ee-9/source-transform and testsuite/preview/source-transform tree

The same reasoning that applied to WFLY-14211 applies to the source-transform modules. If you don't clean them you can end up compiling out-of-date stuff. So always clean these modules even if the clean lifecycle is not invoked.
