Remove some of the mixed-domain transformer from the messaging-activemq module

We don't need to test mixed-domain for management API versions prior to what was in WF 23, as we don't support it.

 * We need to remove the transformation chain before the Version 13 of the messaging model.

 * The messaging-activemq subsystem is testing much further back than that. This adds a noticeable amount of time to a build, as there are probably ~10 different test classes launching a mixed domain.
