In preparation for the big-bang, convert the testsuite/integration/microprofile-tck modules to test against WildFly Preview in both their 'standard' modes and the 'ts.ee9' modes. (The ts.ee9 modes already test WFP.)

The goal here is to be able to quickly switch the 'standard modes' back to std WildFly once the std WF feature packs are jakarta.* namespace. So in this task we do all the prep work of getting switching to the jakarta.* deps, cleaning out javax.* integration code, etc.
