Remove ee-feature-pack/common/src/main/resources/modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/deployers/jboss-service-deployer

I have no idea what this module does. I can't find any other module that references it and don't see any java code that deals with it. It doesn't contain any resources and doesn't export anything from its dependencies. Code history doesn't reveal much either.
