JBossWS CXF has one security implementation jbossws-cxf-jaspi which uses Java Authentication SPI and PicketBox api to provide PicketBox AuthModule for user to 
configure in legacy security subsystem. 
After we moved to Elytron and removed the PicketBox , this jaspi implementation
doesn't work and there is no migration path to Elytron. It's good to remove this not working dependency/functionality from WildFly.
