10.5.1. Required Artifact Loading Sequence:

1. CDI Bean - using 'ref' as EL name
2. CDI Bean - using 'ref' and batch.xml to map to fully qualified class name (FQCN)
3. CDI Bean - using 'ref' as fully qualified class name (FQCN)

note: the core logic of this issue will be implemented in jberet-core. Based on the next version of jberet-core that contains this impl, wildfly batch subsystem need to be updated (ArtifactFactoryService, etc).
