    Description

      Following completion of WFLY-16107 (JBoss fork of Jakarta EL 5), release an alpha of the fork and move WildFly Preview to it.

      Part of this will also be removing the compile time and client-side TS runtime use of the eclipse-ee4j artifact. (WFP's runtime still include the EE 9.1 variant of the Jakarta EL API).
