Currently, externalization of @Stateful EJBs state to RHDG is only achievable by configuring using an invalidation-cache in concert with an RHDG cache store. An invalidation-cache requires that the EAP server be clustered in order to support clustered invalidation of locally cached state.

This RFE would create a bean manager implemented using the HotRod client that would allow the same behavior, but without requiring that the EAP nodes be clustered.
