Revert the internal JSON module and the log manager module from being included in WildFly Preview

    Description

      The internal.javax.json.api.ee8 and org.jboss.logmanager modules needed to be added to WildFly Preview in order for WFLY-16274 to work. Once WFCORE-5876 is merged into core and that version of core is integrated, these modules can be deleted.
