Update WildFly archetypes for WildFly 26.1, Subsystem testing

I also plan to add an automated test for the subsystem archetype, similar to the tests for the other archetypes.

Bugfixing/minor changes:
-the subsystem archetype creates a project with a fixed version instead of using the version argument of "mvn generate".
-the "JsfActivator" class has a link pointing to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/mojarra#user-content-activating-cdi-in-jakarta-faces-30 that is wrong now (points to the JSF 4 page), it has to be https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/mojarra/blob/2.3/README.md#user-content-activating-cdi-in-jakarta-faces-23
-add dependency "org.jboss.spec.javax.annotation" to the pom.xml of the web projects, as it contains e.g. the annotation "javax.annotation.PostConstruct" that might be needed. The dependency is already contained in the ejb project of the EAR archetype.
