Description

Current beans.xml are pointing to the previous CDI versions. Quickstarts are assumed to be used as source for copy'n'paste and should be up to date regarding configs.
Adjust config to https://jakarta.ee/specifications/cdi/2.0/cdi-spec-2.0.html#type_bean_discovery beans.xml
