Description

Need to update shopping-cart quickstart, including the following:
- Replace the deprecated jboss-ejb-client.properties with wildfly-config.xml (combine jboss-ejb-client.properties into wildfly-config.xml)
- Replace the deprecated naming factory to WildFlyInitialContextFactory
