For WFLY-15926 the WF 26.1 implemenation used a 13.1 version of the management API, plus a related xsd and parser. This differs from the 14.0 in wildfly main, which has other changes not in 26.1.

Task is to add mixed-domain transformation to 13.1 and to add support for the 26.1 xsd variant and parser.
