Eliminate WebServices dependency on legacy Xalan and use JDK JAXP instead

    Description

      The following WebServices related modules are using legacy Xalan:

      • org.apache.santuario.xmlsec
      • org.apache.ws.security
      • org.jboss.as.webservices.server.integration
      • org.jboss.as.appclient // this module is the consequence of all three above

      All these modules must use java.xml module instead
