Fix Undertow Servlet artifact and disable its jakarta transformation

    Description

      Native Jakarta EE 9 undertow-servlet artifact is still being transformed in WildFly Preview dist build.

      This cannot be disabled at the moment until that native artifact isn't properly fixed first. We need to wait

      for another Undertow release that will incorporate the last missing bits of UNDERTOW-2000 task.
