The downstream testing of MP is split out from other tests in manualmode (XP branches vs base eap branches) and having one maven module contain tests for both makes it troublesome to create the XP branches. (See BEAP-23236, JBEAP-23237, JBEAP-23261.)  So move any tests that would only execute downstream in an XP branch into a separate test module.

jaslee@redhat.com – this would apply to the OpenTelemetry tests as well, if not for the fact that we intend to include OTel in EAP 8 Beta. (If I'm wrong and we don't they should move as well.)
