add users in order to login to admin console

start WildFly or EAP: ./standalone.sh

visit http://localhost:9990/

noticed "Hal Management Console" is in the header of all tabs, and as the title of home page.

The expected result is that WildFly Management Console, or EAP Management Console, or even a generic term Management Console, should be displayed in header and homepage.

I also loaded the page with different browsers and in private windows, with the same result.

Update 2022-02-19: Reopen it and move it from Hal to WildFly. The issue still exists in both WildFly 27 and EAP 7.4 (see attached screenshot).

WildFly admin console should display as its project name, e.g., WildFly Application Server, not some component/library name like HAL.

This includes home page title, browser title, headers for all pages.
