The testsuite should no longer need to run the old 'elytron' profile which, as part of its execution passed the 'elytron' system property to the test process and the server under test. But there is still some code that checks this property. Clean this out as the checks are either cruft or are preventing things happening (e.g. running LegacyCompliantPrincipalPropagationTestCase) because the property is no longer passed.
