Artemis Journal module is missing a netty dependency

After the netty upgrade it seems that for SSL support the artemis journal module is missing the io.netty.netty-handler dependency which leads to a ClassNotFoundException

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: io.netty.handler.ssl.SslHandler from [Module "org.apache.activemq.artemis.journal" from local module loader @30b7c004 (finder: local module finder @79efed2d (roots: /home/ehsavoie/dev/messaging/messaging-testsuite/scripts/server1/jboss-eap/modules,/home/ehsavoie/dev/messaging/messaging-testsuite/scripts/server1/jboss-eap/modules/system/layers/base))]
