Remove Elytron OIDC client dependencies from WildFly

    Description

      WFCORE-5767 will be adding the Elytron OIDC client dependencies directly to Core. The modules that actually make use of these dependencies will still remain in WildFly but we can remove the dependencies from WildFly. This means that we won't need to keep the version.org.wildfly.security.elytron value updated in both places anymore.
