Like other integration testsuites, the elytron-oidc-client testsuite should be executable via a profile without having to run other parts of the integration testsuite beyond the smoke and web ones that always run.

These profiles are useful for CI on pull requests. If a job shows failures in a particular testsuite it's nice to kick off another run of that job, but customized to replace -DallTests with -Dts.thatturnsononemodule. That customized job completes a lot faster.
