Recently, the weld subsystem was moved to Jakarta native namespace, see related issue as reference. However, this module is still being transformed by the transformation tools when the ee-9 feature-pack is build.

This is easily reproducibly by building the ee-9 feature pack and verifying the following trace appears in the log:
