Avoid transforming twice the Jakarta native weld subsystem module

    Description

      Recently, the weld subsystem was moved to Jakarta native namespace, see related issue as reference. However, this module is still being transformed by the transformation tools when the ee-9 feature-pack is build.

       

      This is easily reproducibly by building the ee-9 feature pack and verifying the following trace appears in the log:

      [INFO] EE9: transformed wildfly-weld-jakarta-26.0.0.Beta1-SNAPSHOT.jar
