Move eclipselink from prune to common without deprecated dependencies

The current maven-module for the jboss-module 'org.eclipse.persistence' is ee-feature-pack/pruned:
https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/25.0.1.Final/ee-feature-pack/pruned/src/main/resources/modules/system/layers/base/org/eclipse/persistence/main/module.xml
It shall resist under ee-feature-pack/common as pre-step for a native ee9 code module.

It's still based on the deprecated javax.api
Instead of javax.api the correct jdeps java.* shall be used.
