Prune dependencies from the legacy security extension module and restore it to WildFly Preview

    Description

      Now that the legacy security extension has become a model-only extension (see WFLY-15301) there's no reason not to provide it in WildFly Preview. WFP supports domain mode.

      Before restoring it though we need to trim down its dependency tree, which currently has more in it than is required. I filed WFLY-15582 for that.
