During the build of the 'wildfly-preview' feature pack or the use of it in provisioning, the Galleon WildFly plugin is transforming the io.perfmark:perfmark-api library. The task here is to prevent this from occurring.

The transformation is due to the libraries use of JSR 305, which Eclipse Transformer mistakes for use of Jakarta Annotations. So the fix is to add this artifact to the list of those excluded for this reason.
