Eliminate Undertow JS from WildFly

The Galleon WildFly plugin is currently transforming the undertow-js artifact when it builds the wildfly-preview feature pack or provisions a server using it. Task is to remove the need for it to do this.

The typical approach to this is to integate a native jakarta namespace variant of the library. But IIRC we were discussing removing support for this library altogether, so if that's still the plan getting that formally adopted is another solution.
