[25.x] Release module cannot be build if we are skipping WildFly preview module

    Description

      The release module has a dependency on WildFly preview artifact, however, when we are not interested in build WildFly preview by using -Dskip.preview this dependency is not built making the release module fail, which inturns makes the project failing to build.
