Split most source out of the ee-9/feature-pack module

The maven module that produces the wildfly-preview feature pack should follow the same basic design of the other modules the produce FPs – minimize the amount of source in that module, and have it pull in content from other modules. This allows that content to be re-used to build other feature packs.
