Mixed Domain tests always use the full build instead of alternating between ee-dist and dist. If the DC is not an EAP server, we need to remove any pre-configured extension provided by WildFly. If the DC is an EAP server, we don't need to remove it.

These differences are at the moment being handled by the DomainAdjuster class, so we need to move any tweaks related to extensions supplied by the galleon-pack from the specific adjuster class (e.g DomainAdjuster740) to the parent DomainAdjuster.
