In the ts.ee9 profile enable more tests previously excluded from execution

Recent changes in WildFly, particular the removal of legacy security from our default configs, will allow tests that previously couldn't execute successfully in the ts.ee9 pofile to now execute. This JIRA is to track removal of some tests from the set of tests excluded in the profile.

I have no fixed definition of what won't be excluded; my thought is this JIRA can be used as the tracker for whatever commits we make between now and WF 25 Final, at which point it can be resolved and further such activity to be tracked by a different issue.

Note that some tests that will now execute end up ignored for other reasons (i.e. they're ignored in general.). There are already separate issues to track dealing with those; once work on this issue enable execution in ts.ee9, part of the task of those other issues unignoring them will be to see that they pass or to add ts.ee9-specific issues to sort why they don't.
