Complete porting of HTTPSWebConnectorTestCase to Elytron

I have updated the SSLContext configuration but there is still a failure.

BUT We should also review how many client cert tests have been added across the testsuite, really we should just need a single suite likely in the web test module, this should test the different permutations of need and want client auth in combination with a web application that does not require authentication and one which does but also has a fallback mechanism in the need and default cases.
