Remove the methods that have been removed from Jakarta Enterprise Beans 4.0

These method was removed from Jakarta Enterprise Beans 4.0 spec.

  • Identity getCallerIdentity()
  • boolean isCallerInRole(Identity role)
• EJBContext.getEnvironment()
• methods relying on Jakarta XML RPC
  • MessageContext getMessageContext() from implementations of javax.ejb.SessionContext
