Microprofile testsuite should dynamically determine the expected MP Metrics vendor metric prefix

A number of tests in testsuite/integration/profile check for MP Metrics vendor metrics by looking the string 'wildfly_' in responses to metrics request. The string asserted should be dynamically determined based on the 'product-name' attribute of the server's root management resource.
