Upgrade xmlsec to version 2.2.2

    Description

      We have a lot of following warnings when xmlsec version <2.2.2 is used:

      WARN [org.apache.jcp.xml.dsig.internal.dom.DOMReference] (default task-3) The input bytes to the digest operation are null. This may be due to a problem with the Reference URI or its Transforms.

      This seems to be reported and fixed here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SANTUARIO-564?

      Can we have xmlsec upgraded to 2.2.2? This was reported for Keycloak here: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KEYCLOAK-18345
