Add support for MicroProfile LRA

      The goal is to create two new extensions and subsystems (LRA Coordinator and LRA Participant), which bring the Narayana implementation (https://github.com/jbosstm/narayana/tree/6.0.0.Final/rts/lra) of the MicroProfile LRA (https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-lra) to WildFly (wildfly feature pack).

       

      In the middle of May 2021, the MicroProfile LRA specification was finished and released under the Eclipse MicroProfile umbrella. The finalized LRA spec is implemented by the Narayana project. This functionality should be integrated into the WildFly feature pack.
