The current Maven archetypes for jakartaee-ear and jakartaee-webapp still rely on Java 1.8. The archetype is for new projects and does not need to rely on compatibility. The change does not affect the build of the archetype project itself and does not affect the wildfly-subsystem-archetype.
Bump version to 11.
